Helpful Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
about Getting a Flat Stomach And Accelerate Fat
Loss...
Is refined carbs an addiction?
Let's find out! Try going a whole day without any sugar or
breads at all. Some of you won't last the day... for others...
you may have a throbbing headache and feel weak. Guess what?
You have an addiction to refined carbs. And refined carbs are
the main culprit for larger stomach and love

I'm out of shape. Which fat loss and
abdominal program do you recommend?
I would recommend Turbulence
Training Abs Program because it has workouts
for different fitness levels. Beginners, intermediate and
advanced. However, it is ALWAYS a good idea to see your
doctor before starting any fitness program if you are out of
shape or are overweight. Be safe... get your doctor's OK
first.
I'm very busy with my career... or I'm a
busy Mom. Which fat loss program do you recommend?
Again, I would recommend Turbulence
Training Abs Program. It was designed for busy
individuals so you won't have to spend more than 45 minutes a
day, three times a week, to lose body fat and get a flatter
stomach. And besides... you can do many of these bodyweight
exercises at home so you won't have to drive to the gym which
saves you even MORE time!
Does it matter when I workout?
No... I believe it is more important that you DO
workout.
How many times a day should I eat to lose
belly fat and reveal my abdominal muscles?
Most legit fat loss experts agree... you should eat 5-6
SMALL meals a day rather than the traditional 2-3 big meals a
day. More frequent meals helps promote your metabolic rate
which will help your body burn fat.
Do I need to count my calories?
No. I think it is total rubbish and a HUGE waste of your
time. Just focus on good nutritional habits instead.
I have a back problem, what do you
recommend?
I'm not a doctor and cannot give you specific
recommendations. However, I do know that having stronger abs
definitely will help support your back.
I hate situps and crunches. Do I have to do
them to get a toned and flat stomach?
NO! I hate 'em too. You cannot spot reduce fat with situps.
And the real truth about getting a sexy and carved abdominals
is removing the layers of stomach fat that is covering them.
And to do that... you must have the discipline to do effective
total body exercises regularly and follow good nutritional
habits to increase your metabolic rate. Anybody who tells you
differently is lying through their teeth. Fire them and
get your money back.
Do ab machines and ab gadgets sold on late
night commercials really work?
NO! Don't waste your money. You cannot spot reduce fat. Go
for total body workouts to increase your metabolism and burn
body fat. Have you ever seen someone walking by with 6 pack abs
and flabby arms? It's not happening. To see your abs... you
must reduce your body fat percentage to around 10%.
I'm confused... do I do full body workouts
only or add some abdominal exercises too?
Both. But main focus should be on total body workouts to get
muscles and melt fat. You still need to develop your ab muscles
to get the ripped or toned look.
Are all the programs you recommend for guys
only?
Absolutely NOT! There is very little difference between how
guys can get 6 pack abs and how women can get flat and sexy
abs. You MUST increase your metabolic rate to stimulate the
body to burn fat and it doesn't matter which gender you are.
And to do that... you must eat proper nutrition, incorporate
interval and strength training in your workouts. And don't
worry... you won't get all "veiny" and "muscular" if you follow
one of the recommended programs. It's a myth. Just don't take
steroids and you'll be alright.
What is the MOST important aspect of an
abdominal training program?
Support is #1. Nutrition is #2. And surprisingly...
exercises is #3.
Is it OK to cheat on my fat loss
program?
If you have to ask... and you haven't even started one of
these programs yet...
Just kiddin'! My understanding after reading so many fat
loss programs and How to Get A
Flat Stomach Programs is this... it is OK to
cheat every once in a while. The key here is moderation. So if
you LOVE chocolates... sure... have a small amounts once a
week.
