About the Author
Hello fellow fitness reader,
My name is Matt Taylor... I live on the north west corner of the state of
Washington. And I'm almost 45 years young, about 5' 9" and my body type is ectomorph.
In short... I was always thin and scrawny... and no matter what I did... my
weight NEVER went over 150 pounds..jpg)
I was in fact resigned to the fact that I would always look skinny, thin and
dorky... until I read a ebook by the name of No-Nonsense Muscle Building by Vince DelMonte. You see, Vince was a
former skinny guy.
He was nicknamed "skinny Vinny." And he was in worst condition than I was! He
showed a picture on his website what he looked like as a 6 foot, 149 pound long distance
runner.
After doing a whole lot of research and experimenting... Vince figured out how to
gain 41 pounds of muscle within 6 months! At first, I was pretty skeptical of this claim... but decided to buy the
book anyway because it came with a two month money back guarantee...
And wouldn't you know it... after reading through his muscle gaining program... I
saw the many mistakes I was making that PREVENTED me from reaching my peak biological physique. Eating habits...
workout and training habits... and resting habits.
They were all wrong! So I said, "OK, let's make these changes and see what
happens..."
And boy... I actually shot up to 180 pounds. I couldn't believe it if someone
told me that I would be at this weight within a year...
But there is a problem with this... you see... when you first start putting on
weight... it is called the bulking phase. And if you want to gain weight fast... you would HAVE to do this... and
in this phase... you gain both muscles AND fat!
That's right buddy... not only I got bigger in the arms, chest, and legs.. I also
got bigger in the midsection. My waist has always been around 32 inches... and now it is... 37 freakin'
inches!!!
So this is what is going to happen now... I'm working with a fat loss program to get a SIX PACK ABS! I figure I have to lose about 10 pounds of
blubber to get my body fat in the single digits before I can see my abdominal muscles...
And I'll tell you my friend... you will NEVER, EVER see a six pack abs until you
get your body fat percentage in single digits...
It just can't be done any other way. So if any abdominal program promises you a
six pack abs without a total body fat fat loss program incorporated in it... don't walk away from that program...
RUN away from it!!!
Some of you are probably saying well, this dude was always skinny... I'm
overweight and it is different. Not so little grasshopper... you see, I think it is JUST as hard to gain muscles
then to lose body fat!
So it is irrelevant what body type you are... what shape you are... how
overweight you are... it all boils down to several factors...
Discipline to follow through your fat loss program
A fat loss program that incorporates total body workouts PLUS good
nutrition
That's it!
So... I decided to use Mike Geary's The Truth About Six Pack Abs as my program to get ripped abs as well as
a chiseled body.
OH yeah... one more thing... did you know that ONLY 2-3% of the ENTIRE adult
population has a low enough percentage of body fat to show their six pack abs? It is EXTREMELY RARE! Get some great
looking abs and you will stand out...
And I heard that it is TOTALLY WORTH IT!
So hell yes... I'm pumped about this. Keep checking back and I'll talk to you
later. Don't forget to sign up on my newsletter to help YOU get started on the road to TOTALLY changing the way
your body looks...

P.S. "I truly believe in these products so much that if I could, I would have bought the
company! But it wasn't for sale, so instead I became an affiliate and I receive a commission every time someone I
refer to their website purchases these amazing products. This gives me the resources to create more articles and
videos to tell the world about this incredible program/product."
