I can't begin to tell you how many times I have been asked
this question when someone sees me working out in my gym
clothes. They can tell that I'm in very good shape and have
great muscle tone. So they come up and ask me, that same

but the answer to that question is NONE of them!
What!!??
It's true! You have been lied to all this time by the greedy

craze machine. You see, abdominal work out alone isn't enough
to make much difference to your body's metabolism to create
much fat loss.

fat.

The
majority of your fat loss is going to come from your diet
and nutrition... not on any form of

will reach your fat loss goals faster too.

Instead do full body workouts. And you definitely should seek
the right information about diet and nutrition to lose body fat
and get lean, strong and healthy.
