5 Ways to Get a Sexy and Flatter Abs
It is TIME for…
A discussion of the five ways that is keeping you from getting a flatter tummy…
Let’s admit it right now… the sexiest part of a man or woman’s body isn’t the boobies… the butt… arms… or legs…
It is the abs! And I know I’m right when I read the results of polls asking folks this question…
The public has spoken… they want their abs!!
So here are the five ways to achieve a flatter and sexier abs:
1. You have too much body fat… now don’t shoot the messenger… what I just said has more truth than many people realize. You cannot possible have GREAT abs and have flabby arms, butt and legs…
It just isn’t happening… the way it works is the excess fat is proportionally spread all around your body… but the abs is just another “pocket” so to speak for the body to store extra fat.
So if you want to get a sexy and flat abs… then you need to use an overall body fat loss plan to attain it.
2. You are eating the wrong stuff! There is a favorite quote of mine… “Abs are made in the kitchen.” and it is so true… I remember from a previous interview I did with several fat loss experts… and they all agreed… up to 90% of your total body fat loss is going to come from your diet… not the workouts!!
3. You are doing the wrong exercises. Yep, yep and yep… I can’t begin to tell you how much wasted effort is spent on ineffective workouts and exercises.
Take for example, sit ups… now tell me the truth here… you have done literally, tons of sit ups and crunches… have you ever seen your abs yet?
I’m betting a big, resounding NO!!
It is just a myth pushed on the unsuspecting public… you see, sit ups and crunches are very ineffective to getting a great set of abs… focus on total body fat loss… and you WILL see your abs… it is just covered by a layer of fat… and you need to remove that layer to see the thin abdominal muscles underneath it.
4. You aren’t using your abdominal muscles enough. I see so many people using “isolation” workouts. It is a terrible idea… and if you focus on workouts that target groups of large muscle… you will see better results. And when you DO use your groups of muscle… you will also be targeting your body core (which includes your abdominal muscles).
5. Stop blaming your genes for being fat. Yes, your genes do have something to do with your body type… but let me assure you… the cavemen that were our ancestors… were ALL lean and toned… and yes… your body type determines how you need to eat and workout to achieve body fat loss.
later man,
Matt
P.S. BTW, you can try to figure out all this stuff on your own… but why? Your time is way too valuable… go to my homepage to see which abdominal workout and diet programs that I recommend…

I think that stomach crunches are the core of all stomach exercises. And can be considered as basic exercises. We should think about them as a part of our normal training program. We can do them at the beginning of you training or at the end. The important thing is to be systematic.
