Yep… it is almost like garbage in and garbage out… no wonder why everyone is so confused how to lose unwanted body fat. This is just another brick in the wall when you hear those dreaded stats that over 67% of adults are either overweight or obese.

It is just simply dreadful!!

And sure… some folks were born with lucky genes… but let me reassure you… they are in the vast minority…

One of my favorite no-nonsense quotes is this… “Abs are made in the kitchen.”

Did you know that 90% of your fat loss is going to come through your diet? And that’s right! It means the other 10% will come from your exercise program.

Smart people would focus on their diet first because that is where most of the results will come from…

Makes sense huh?
