So What Can You Do to Reduce Ab Fat?


Whenever anyone is talking about diets and fitness plans… at some point… someone is going to bring up how to reduce ab fat.

And no wonder when you read all about the facts that 67% of all American adults are either overweight or obese. And the reason why most of us are obsessed with abdominal fat is because it is the last area of fat to leave our bodies.

I have NO IDEA why evolution cursed us with this… but unfortunately it is true. So when you are trying to lose your body fat… you are going to lose most of it in your arms, legs, back and butt BEFORE you ever see your abdominal muscles.

In so many words… those of you that are trying to get a six pack abs… well, it is all hidden underneath your belly fat.

And I want you to think about this a little bit… have you EVER seen anyone walking around with bulky arms and big butts… but with a six pack abs?

Of course not! It is impossible to see that… so you need to focus on how to reduce overall body fat as opposed to just reducing ab fat!!

But let’s get back on the subject… in order to understand how to specifically reduce ab fat… we need to look and dispel some of the more common myths about fat loss that is just killing us…

And then I will talk later on about what kinds of exercises that can help you… give you some ideas about nononsense fat loss dietary information. And what minor lifestyle changes you can make to blast your fat loss faster… and eventually… you WILL see your abdominal muscle.

Because truth be known… we have been programmed by nature to be lean and muscular… and with our abnormal western diets… while they taste good and all… are actually destroying our health and well-being.

So the first myth I want to talk to you about is spot fat burning… you probably can guess what I mean by this term… it means that somehow if you focus on “special” exercises that can totally burn off the fat off your trouble spots… well, you are good to go.

Well, no.

Sorry man… it ain’t happening because… it is a myth!

Your body is way smarter than you are if you think this is the way to go… ’cause I’ll tell you this… most people believe this is true… and they waste a lot of time and effort… and at the end… they give up because they think they never found the right exercise.

The truth about spot exercises is that it may tone your muscles… but does nothing to remove the fat. And one more thing about spot exercises… they are generally a very inefficient way to remove body fat. In so many words…  you will be spending way too much time and practically living in the gym… and STILL see very little results.

There is a much, much better way… and I’ll tell you how to find that information at the end of this blog post.

So to sum it up… spot training to reduce ab fat is a lousy training method. It is inefficient… and it wastes a lot of your time.

And before I end this post… I want you to understand that while I’m am not a medical doctor or even a nutritionist… I can tell you that most of the magic pills and ab machines that you see on the late night info commercials are nothing more than a scam that is designed to remove your hard earned bucks from your wallet.
