Every time we wait at the check out line in the grocery stores… we are treated to the magazine stands full of celebrities magazines, news magazines, junk magazines and…. woman’s health magazine.

OK. OK. I love puns and I’m so sorry I tried it on you my dear readers…

But the chances are of me doing it again… wait for it… pretty thin! :)

OK. I’m done…

Let get back to the subject of women’s health magazines. Those are just foisted on the unsuspecting population… And they always have a pretty woman on the front cover… that is just smiling and enjoying her new “thin” body.

And then of course she has secrets that ONLY this magazine will show you…

And usually those secrets don’t work for you. It is all about marketing to get you to grab that copy of the womans magazine off the shelf and buy it.

In fact, most “secrets” don’t work… I have heard them all…

My opinion is that most of the thin secrets are nothing more than scams that help perpetuate the dreams and anxieties of females everywhere…

And we would all LOVE to be skinny and sexy and gorgeous…

But I can’t promise you everything… but I can tell you this… it is absolutely possible for you to lose body fat and be slimmer and more comfortable with your body.

And the best “secrets” to be slimmer and skinny? Discipline… and knowing the right education about how  your body works. That’s it! Seriously…

So forget about the Acai berry crap. Forget about the latest stomach exercise gizmo being sold on the late night info-commercials…

They won’t work and they never have. You have been hoodwinked to spending money… getting your hopes up… and enduring crushing disappointment.

Time and time over again.

And it isn’t only you… it is LOTS of people! Acceptable statistics tell us that 67% of adults are either overweight or obese.

And it is getting worst year after year…

And horrible cycle that never seems to end. So why do a lot of people fall for they myths and scams and keep going back to try another one?

For the same reasons why we have New Year’s Resolutions…

Hope and change.

And hope and change just left town. The time to get the body you want is RIGHT NOW!!

Not two weeks… not next winter… not next year but RIGHT NOW!

And do it right… don’t waste your time going back and forth. Stick with a proven weight loss system and keep at it.

You may fall off the wagon… just hop back on and keep at it.

THAT my friend, is the secret to getting a slimmer body that you want.

And no… you don’t have to eat broccoli all damn day long. (God, I really hate broccoli!!).

P.S. BTW, I want you to understand that 90% of your fat loss is going to come from what you are eating. The other 10% is from your workout plan. Most folks get it wrong and work their butts off and live in the gym. And never get the results they want. No wonder!

P.P.S. Ever heard of this saying? “You can’t out-train a lousy diet.” Well, it is so true… think about it this way, you can easily eat a 1000 calorie meal at a restaurant or at a fast food place. It would take you hours to work that off.

Get it? It is way easier to consume excess calories than it is to work them off. And THIS is one of the biggest reasons why so many of us are unhappy with our bodies.
