Diet is Much More Important than Exercise for Belly Fat Loss


According to this interesting article from ABC News… 80% of what you eat is how your belly is going to look. I have spoken with Vince DelMonte and he says 90%. But it is just a matter of a few percentage points.

This is why I think most people have it wrong what they think it takes to lose belly fat and get a toned and fit body… most folks think that the latest and greatest exercises is going to do it for them…

So they waste a lot of time and energy… practically living in the gym… working their butts off… and predictably… having nothing to show for their tremendous efforts.

You see… I have nothing about will power and the can do spirit… but when it comes to your body… it is way easier to get it right and focus on the diet part more than the exercise part.

But don’t go by me… the experts say anywhere form 80-90% of your fat loss is predicated on what you eat!

So the key thing I want you to take from this blog post today is to focus your energy and time where it counts the most… the eating part. You can do the exercise thingy some other time… there is no need to burn yourself out trying to do everything at once.

I do recommend 3 abdominal exercise and diet programs that also happened to be very popular because they work. It does take a little effort. You won’t be sold a load of bs that you usually get from late night info commercials or from the fitness magazines.

Just the truth about fat loss and getting rid of your belly fat.
