Don’t Wait Until You Get a Heart Attack Before Losing the Fat
I thought I’d talk about some real life examples of why it is so important to be fit and lean…
I noticed that the General Manager for the Boston Celtics, Danny Ainge suffered from a heart attack earlier this year… and he is only 50 years old!
And not only that… he used to be an elite NBA basketball player… he was a combo guard that had to be quick and durable. And sadly, when he retired from his athletic pursuits… he let everything else go… and it isn’t just him… when 65% of American Adults are either overweight or obese… it means a lot of people did the same thing as Danny…
Fortunately, his wife recognized that Danny had a heart attack and got him to the hospital quickly. His doctors put a stent into his heart to unblock an artery.
The prognosis looks good for Danny… but he decided… “Heck, I actually live in a workout facility… I might as well use it!”
Danny said he has lost 25 pounds so far… and he does about 45 minutes to 1 hour of cardio each day… I have a better idea… try out one of these flat abdominal programs… they were designed to give you a great workout in less time… but hey, that is for another time and place…
In any event, the head coach for the Boston Celtics said that “Danny looks healthy and and in great shape… I’m jealous.”
So good on you Danny! But you know something? You, my dear reader don’t need to wait for something traumatic and deadly as an heart attack to tell you that being overweight is very unhealthy for you…
You should be proactive and take a moment to check out the fat loss programs that I recommend to get back into shape and be leaner than you ever have been in your life!
Isn’t it time to stop thinking about it and take action?
Helping you become fit and lean,
Matt
