Abs Workout With Medicine Ball Video from Craig Ballantyne


I thought I should post this Abs workout with a medicine ball video from Craig Ballantyne. And if you are unfamiliar with Craig, he is the creator of the famous Turbulence Training program for fat lossThe best part about this video is that there are no stinkin’ situps or crunches! And there is a reason for excluding those exercises… they are bad for your spine and hence, your back.

Here is the abdominal workout:

A) Big Circles – 20
B) WoodChoppers – 20
C) Golf Squat Chop – 20
D) Squat to press – 20
E) Medicine Ball Plank Rollout – 20
F) Medicine Ball Mountain Climber – 10/10 = 20
G) McGill Ab Crunch – 20
F) Medicine Ball Lunge Chop = 20
G) Medicine Ball Rollout = 20
H) Medicine Ball Jackknife – 20 reps


Now, I want to warn you, this workout is for those who are in moderately good shape. You may want to modify this workout to fit your abilities… and don’t worry so much if you can’t do them all…
