How to Use Halloween Pumpkins for Fun Exercises!
Why lookie here… it is October and soon we are going to have Halloween… enjoyed by kids and adults all around…
Here’s a “fact” for you… did you know that Halloween is the BIGGEST adult holiday of the year? Bigger than New Years eve… even!!
So why bring that up? Well, no real good reason except to set you up for this post. I decided to rehash the funniest Halloween videos that I know the combines Halloween, pumpkins and exercise
Now who wouldn’t want to read something about THAT!
So spinning the spin… I decided to post a Youtube video of the creator of the Fit Yummy Mummy program for the Moms that want to get their pre-baby body back… or any Mom that wants to look fantastic… or any woman that wants to look her best.
The lady is Holly Rigsby and she is great at providing exercises, diet tips and motivation to any woman that wants to get the job done.
But here’s her video of Holly’s Halloween Fat Loss Pumpkin Workout… You won’t believe your lying eyes!
You have got to see the next video… it was created by Craig Ballantyne of the Turbulence Training fame. You see, this program is fantastic because it using mostly body weight exercises to burn fat off your body. And what is so great about it is that you can the exercises in the privacy of your own how. The program pretty much pays for itself because you don’t have to spend a lot of money each month at the gym.
Anyhoo… Craig Ballantyne probably got ahold of Holly’s video last year and decided to create his own. However, the ending is going to surprise you…
