TT Fat Loss Kick Butt Workout Video

I was watching a good workout video on youtube and felt that my faithful and lovable readers would be interested in it too…
So I’m posting this fat loss workouts by Craig Ballantyne of the Turbulence Training fame.
Craig calls this one the TT Depletion Workout B.
And let me first warn you about this workout… although the workout is only 20 minutes long… it is really for those who are intermediates…
And it will kick your butts… I just did it and the workout really, really rocks! I felt it!!
Now the video itself isn’t very hard… only 2 minutes long… but Craig has a beard… you’ve been warned!
Sorry Craig… I like to make fun of people and today my friend… you are it!
