my opinion is that MOST folks want to get rid of belly fat.
It's ugly and they hate it! And they cannot wait to lose it as

months and months of overeating and following a sedentary

first sign of warmer weather... all these folks want a flat

HARDEST areas to lose fat... that is why abdominalfat is
commonly called stubborn fat.
And the fact of the matter is
this... your body was genetically programmed to store fat
around your midsection for protection of the organs and
internal structures. And because of that... your body is going
to fight you tooth and nail to hold on to the belly
fat...
So if you are on a quest to
get ripped abs... this certainly isn't good news!
However, it simply means you
are going to have to work HARD... really hard! And be very
smart about it of course...

to do... hit the gym and pump the weights. You need to lift
heavy as you can to ramp up your metabolism to burn your body
fat at a steady rate all the day long.
The next thing you are going
to do is vary your cardio routine. Do a combination of sprints
and steady state cardio. It is a very effective way to burn
belly fat.
The next thing and in my
opinion... the most important thing is... adopt good
nutritional habits! Figure out the right ratios of good fats,
good sources of proteins and complex carbs for maximum muscle
support.

to be patient... it took months and months to get your stomach
