Get Fat Loss For Idiots and You Will Never,
EVER Lose Belly Fat
No joke...
If you are serious about
wanting to lose belly fat... you would be well advised to stay
as far as possible from Fat Loss for Idiots program that is
being sold on the net...
And you will see a lot of
review websites touting that fat loss program... But let me
tell you what that program is... they claim you will have a
high fat loss rate with a minimum of effort on your
part.
Unfortunately, that is a very
appealing to many folks! The easy way to lose body fat. Just
like taking a diet pill or using the "magic" ab machines... and
watch all that fat just literally melt... right off your
body.
And... Fat Loss for Idiots is
all about eating your foods in a certain manner throughout the
day, while not putting much focus on the proper exercise
plan.
BIG
MISTAKE!
For all the folks who believe
in that... I got a Brooklyn bridge to sell to
you...
I'm going to let you in on a
common dieting myth and you can determine for youself whether
or not Fat Loss for Idiots and other similiar fat loss programs
isa huge disaster for anyone who wants to lose belly
fat...
Here it is... Fat Loss for
Idiots states that if you eat 2500 calories a day, your body
will adapt and start burning 2500 calories a day... Well that
is so wrong on so many levels... Now let's say that was true...
how do you think you got fat in the first place?
Your body certainly didn't
adapt to THOSE extra calories... didn't they?
So why would your body
adapt to whatever that program tells you to
eat?
It is just ridiculous...
somebody is making a lot of money and many folks just lost
money and time following that utter nonsense...
The bottom line is this... if
you are looking for the SMART way to lose body fat... then you
WILL have to create a calorie deficit. A good program called No
Nonsense 6 Pack Abs gets it right --a complete plan to
lose belly fat and
get a lean, toned abs.
The next part that I disagree
with the Fat Loss for Idiots program is that they marginalize
exercise. They say it "doesn't" matter... That is one of the
stupidest things I have EVER heard! Studies after studies have
shown that dieters who combine exercises with good nutritional
habits consistently blow away those who just diet.
And the worst part about
dieting is this... you lose BOTH fat and muscle. And your
metabolism slows WAY down... so your body isn't burning much
fat at all...
But if you want to burn the
body fat... you must workout. But there are workouts and then
there are effective workouts.Following a good exercise routine
that tells you EXACTLY how to workout to get the most bang for
your efforts is absolutely critical so you do not burn out...
and then quit in disgust because you are disappointed with the
fat loss results....jpg)
To sum it up... you MUST have
an exercise routine to increase your metabolism to burn body
fat. There are no if, ands or buts.
In fact, if anyone who can
PROVE that they got cut abs and a chiseled body just by
following the Fat Loss for Idiots program... then they must be
genetic mutants because for the life of me... I can't figure
out how in the world ANYONE can lose body fat and get a great
looking body without working out. It is virtually
impossible!
So do it right... get the
right fat loss program and stop wasting time with the ones that
don't work. Oh yeah... another claim that those "folks" make is
you will lose 9 pounds in 11 days... guess what those nine
pounds are?
WATER!
Not a very healthy way to
lose weight... but that is just me.
Instead... go for a fat loss
plan that offers a combination of good nutrition PLUS effective
exercises. Getting the body you want shouldn't be like torture
or starvation. It is no fun and it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL! The
best way to lose weight again is eating supportive foods and
doing effective exercises.
Instead, Make It a Fat Loss For
Life Program...
What's the point if you lose belly fat and look great... and
then throw everything out the window and gain all that weight
back again? Stick with the program for life... always eat
healthy and always follow a good workout routine.
And one more thing... losing
body fat should be a lifestyle approach. What I mean by this is
STICK WHAT WORKS for the rest of your life! Making healthy
eating choices and moderate activity levels. Why in the world
would you want to lose body fat and then get fat
again?
