Stomach Exercise That You Can Do Today to Get
Started...
Performing stomach exercise is good for you for several
reasons...
 |
They help support your back muscles... so for some
of you with back pain... getting your abdominals
stronger is probably a good idea. However, you
definitely should consult with your Doctor to see
what you can and can't do... Better to be safe than
sorry... |
 |
They can give definition to your ab muscles |
 |
Getting stronger abdominals means our overall
strength increases because believe it or not... we
use our abs... a lot in our every day life. |
But... (and you knew this was coming, didn't
you?)... you could have the strongest and most developed
abs in the world and NEVER see it! Why? Because your
abdominalis justa thin layer of muscles... and the #1 reason we
can never see our abs is because... (drum roll please)... there
is a layer of stubborn stomach fat covering it up!
Gasp! Stubborn Stomach Fat...?
That's right... unfortunately... removing that last layer of
fat (usually called stomach fat or belly fat) is the HARDEST to
do... But there is good news... with the right mentoring... fat
loss program... in conjunction with an effective total body
workout plus abdominal exercises... you should be able to see
results...
And surprisingly... an good fat loss and abdominal program
won't have you "diet" or spend hours and hours doing cardio
exercises. Those two items are myths that should be thrown
under the bus.
Instead... following a no nonsense nutritional guide plus
effective interval workouts plus strength workouts... WILL help
you.
While the abdominal exercises below will help tone and shape
your stomach... if you are really serious about getting six
pack abs... thenI highly recommend one of these three top
stomach exercise
programs.
Here are 3 Stomach Exercises That You
Can Do Right Now!

The Plank -- pretend
that you are doing pushups... instead hold yourself up with
elbows. Tuck in your stomach and hold for 15 to 30 seconds.

Bicycle Crunch -- curl up your body while
almost touching opposite elbows and knees. Contine the motion
by doing the opposite sides. You shouldn't curl any higher than
just your shoulder.

Reaching Crunch -this is a simple one. Lie
on your back and raise your legs. Then curl up just your
shoulders... and "reach" for your toes.
But Matt... I Hate Crunches & Situps! Is
There Something Else That I Can Do To Burn Belly
Fat...?
Well, these are good abdominal exercises that I just showed
you... however, if you
don't like doing crunches... Craig Ballantyne figured
out an abdominal routine that works your abs with 5 different
abdominal workouts using 30 different bodyweight exercises.
With NO
CRUNCHES and NO SITUPS!!!
In fact, take a look at the picture of Craig and his ripped
abs on his website for proof. He proves that you can get six
pack abs just by using bodyweight stomach exercise
alone!
