for this... but dietary fats are better then proteins at making

support your quest for six pack abs. That should be about
25-30% of your total calories for the day. You don't want to go
over that amount!
The next step is to
concentrate most of your carbs intake AFTER your workout when
your body needs it the most.
Why?
Simply because your body is
absolutely starving after a good workout... it will literally
suck in the carbs to the muscle tissues to aid in repair and
rebuilding. So it would be the least likely time that your
carbs will be turned into fat.

nutrition...
